Originally from Lancashire and now based in Pembrokeshire, Tom is an Outdoor Education graduate with extensive experience in the outdoor industry across the UK and Europe. He has delivered a wide range of land- and sea-based activities, sharing his knowledge and passion to help others develop confidence and independence in the outdoors. When not instructing, Tom volunteers as a lifeboat crew member with the RNLI, enjoys exploring with his young family, and is a keen reader. Tom is primarily fueled by cake!
