Minibus Drivers
We are recruiting Minibus Drivers to join our dedicated events team, supporting participants on charity walking challenges across the UK. Our challenges push people to their absolute limits, and our support crew are a vital part of making those moments happen safely and successfully. We need drivers who thrive in a team environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do.
Required Skills
- Full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement (minibus up to 17 seats).
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (Driver CPC).
- A genuine team ethic and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work unsociable hours including nights and weekends.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to support and motivate participants pushing themselves to their limits.
Desirable
- Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate or higher first aid qualification.
- Previous experience working on charity walking challenges such as the UK 3 Peaks, Yorkshire 3 Peaks or similar endurance events.
- Experience working with charity groups or corporate fundraising teams.
- Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

Pay
Rates from £150-200 per day based on the event.
