EMERGENCY FIRST AID AT WORK INSTRUCTORS
We are recruiting Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work Instructors to join our passionate training team. Our philosophy is to deliver high-quality courses, with trainers who have real world experience of first aid and casualty management.
Required Skills
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / Level 3 Award in Education & Training / PTLLS or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering FAW and/or EFAW courses (recent and relevant instructional hours within the last 3 years)
- A valid First Aid at Work qualification (or higher clinical qualification)
- Strong knowledge of current HSE first aid guidelines and workplace compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver engaging, scenario-based training to a range of workplace audiences
DESIRABLE
- Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification with relevant experience
- Background in emergency services (e.g. Paramedic, Ambulance Service, Fire Service, Military, Police)
- Instructor approval or registration with awarding organisations such as Qualsafe, Highfield, or Nuco
- Experience delivering training across different workplace sectors (construction, corporate, education, etc.)
- Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate

Pay
£200-£250 per day based on qualifications, experience, the role and the course.
