Over the years we have been asked to provide safety and rigging for a wide range of productions projects. From hanging rigs to flying harness, (we would say we’ve ‘rigged it all’) but with the film industry we know that’s not true, and there’s always something around the corner to challenge us!

Hanging Rig
We were commissioned by Warp Films to rig a safety system to hang their lead actor from a tree. This was an unusual hanging as the actor had to land on the floor after dropping and effectively fail at hanging himself. We liaised with the props department who supplied a safety noose and ran a series of drop tests on a number of tree branches before the final shoot.

Vertical Rigging
Another client, Foundation TV, commissioned us to find and recce a suitable location for a children’s TV program to take 3 young climbers out rock climbing. We supplied the instructor to teach the climbers and a safety team to rig the crew into vertical positions above the climbers to gain overhead shots of the climbers.

Car Rigging
For the Last Shadow puppets music video we were required to rig a car on its side with both the lead singer and actor positioned inside.

Water Safety
We have provided beach lifeguards and swift water rescue technicians for film crews working on or near the water for such productions as The Bill.

Remote Location & Mountain Safety
We have been commission by numerous companies to provide remote location recces, logistics and safety. For promotional shoots and advertising campaigns to specialists rock climbing actors.
