Team Building - Trust & Communication

Our trust days are specifically designed to enhance a sense of trust, understanding, empathy and communication within the team.

The specific tasks and games are designed to challenge our guests, physically, mentally and emotionally whilst always maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

These days are designed to enhance the team's ability to share idea's and feelings around work, have faith in delegating and sharing work, and through this not only improve the output of the team but enhance the working environment.

Dates: All year round.
Venue: Various locations throughout the UK.

Duration: Variable (4hrs - 7hrs)
Clients per group: 8-60+ guests
Catering: Hatt Events can provide wonderful local organic food and drink both hot and cold, we can also recommend local pubs/hotels who can cater for quite large groups.
Photos / DVD: As a training tool or just to poke fun we can provide you with professional photos and or a DVD of you our clients day out.
Accommodation: We can recommend local pubs/hotels that can happily provide accommodation for most group sizes.
Transport: This can be arranged as part of the package.
