A treasure hunt is a great way to get your employees exploring a new location and racing against time to solve clues and score points to win the treasure!  This is a perfect opportunity for your employees to wind down after a conference or to get out of the office and enjoy the sunshine for a day, while still benefitting from the team building aspects of this event.

Events can be themed and can run in a range of different locations, from a nature-based forest adventure to a more urban city exploration. The event involves working together in teams to solve a number of cryptic clues and puzzles to discover more about their surrounding environment, and each other, and ultimately try and beat their competing colleagues to the treasure!

How will a treasure hunt benefit my team?

By the nature of this event people will naturally fall into roles, for example team leader, navigator, scribe and others. This will help delegates to distinguish aspects of each others’ personalities and how individuals work best within a team environment. Issues such as two strong characters within the group or no one willing to take the lead can put pressure on the team and ultimately help them work together around these issues and come through the challenge stronger as a team and as individuals.
