Team Buidling
Choose from a range of team building activities to challenge and inspire your employees. All of our team building events are carefully designed to increase team communication and discussion. Our team building events are also designed to utilise a range of team members skills, whether that be physical or cerebral and all are designed to take the team out of their normal environment (their ‘comfort zone’) thus putting them in their ‘stretch zone’ where they will learn more and will also provide them with an exciting and challenging day event.
For events with competing teams, incentives or prizes can be arranged to stir up the competition amongst your teams.
Facilitation and Reviewing
We understand that not all companies want a heavy review and facilitation system and prefer to let the event itself stimulate the discussions between the group and our events are designed to ensure they do just that.
However we will work with you to tailor an event and its review system depending on your desired aims and objectives for the team building event. For example you may wish to improve the communication betweens heads of department or the trust and teamwork within a particular sector. With our highly experienced facilitators we can tailor one of our existing events or create a bespoke event to ensure that these objectives are met and achieved.
Themed Events
Problem Solving
Teams must compete against the clock in a series of problem solving challenges. The challenges can only be completed as a team; some of the challenges are physical, some mental and some require a great deal of skill.
School Sports Day
Our school sports day events are the perfect way to brake up that conference or business meeting, stretch those legs, engage your mind again. Have a laugh competing in such games as the egg and spoon race, wellie wanging, 3 legged race, dodge ball, the mighty tug of war!
Lost
Your team have been trekking in a remote region of the jungle, torrential rain has washed all of your kit and the lead team members away. There are many hazards and you must safely navigate your way back to civilisation.
Escape and Evasion
You are a team of Commandos carrying vital information captured and behind enemy lines, you must escape and make contact with the local agents in order find a safe route back to friendly forces while avoiding capture at all costs.
Survivor
Your teams will be taught a number of survival skills before competing in against in each other in fun and challenging survival activities.
Search and Rescue
You are a specialist search and rescue team, you’ve been called out in search of a missing light aircraft. Your team must use all of its skills and resources to locate and safely extract the crew.
Alive
Your team’s plane has crashed in a remote area of the jungle. You have salvage and number of items from the wreckage and must now survive the night and work out a plan for getting out of the jungle the next morning.
Expedition
Your team must plan and complete an overnight expedition in a remote area. You will be taught how to navigate, use your equipment including stoves, tents and emergency procedures.
