Our Instructors

All of our instructors are chosen on their experience, their professional and passionate approach to their sport as well as their friendly and approachable personalities, after all this is what keeps our customers coming back time and time again!

Freelance Instructors

We are always on the lookout for qualified and highly motivated instructors in climbing, mountaineering, kayaking, surfing and bushcraft. You will also need experience working on corporate team building events as you will be working to high standards within the Hatt Events team or possibly on your own with a variety of clients. You must have your own transport; we will cover all expenses and provide full training. The work is extremely enjoyable and rewarding.

Instructor training

If you are working towards qualifications for the outdoor pursuits industry and need to gain some experience instructing, please contact us as we may be able to assist you.
