Abseiling is the perfect way to get your team to experience a new and exciting challenge that they will never forget! Working with colleagues in an unusual outdoor activity can refresh ideas and ways of thinking, and most importantly build bonds between individuals and within the group. Helping the others to gain the confidence to lean over the edge and descend the vertical tower, and gaining the assurance needed to do it themselves will ensure individuals see working together with the others in a new light.

Our highly qualified instructors will show everyone the basics, ensure the safety of the event and keep spirits high, but the morale and enthusiasm of the group will be up to your team themselves!

Abseiling is a great, light-hearted activity with which to introduce delegates to each other to break the ice or to end a conference, in order to give employees a reward for their hard work or just help them wind down and have fun together following a long work period.

Abseiling can be combined with other activities, one of the recommended options being Rock Climbing, to create a multi-activity event.
