Hatt Events is a Brighton-based company that runs team building and adventure days, and aims to give you and your team a personalised and unique experience every time. Having worked to help improve relations within major British and European companies we have experience in running a range of ice breakers, adventure activities, corporate events, team building events and incentive and reward schemes. Being based in Brighton in the South East of England, our location is ideal for companies to escape London or alternatively we can come to you in your chosen location.

The sense of personal fulfilment and enjoyment upon completing an event benefits the workplace by providing a happier workforce, and we often find that staff take back a much clearer sense of understanding, communication and integration within a team.

We work closely with a number of other organisations and this ensures that we create the perfect bespoke event for you that can include conference centres, transport, catering, photos, DVDs and gifts for your guests to remember their event.

Adventure events

Adventure days or weekends are the ideal way to get your team out of the office and spend time together in a different and exciting environment. Our outdoor adventure activities are the perfect vehicle to increase team work without running a specific ‘team building’ day.

Team-building events

Specialised and focused, our team building days are based around outdoor activities which are the perfect catalyst to take your team to the edge of their physical and emotional limits- putting them in their ‘stretch zone’ whilst at all times creating and maintaining a safe and, most importantly, enjoyable environment.
