Give Your Kids a Day With a Difference With an Adventure Party!
An adventure party is a great opportunity for kids to learn the basics of one or more exciting sports in one day, and is a great alternative to get the kids out of the house during the holidays or even an alternative to a birthday party at home – at least you won’t get cake on the sofa! We run a range of activities from indoor climbing and abseiling to kayaking and raft building, all of which encourage working as a team and developing personal skills and confidence. During the course of the day our highly qualified and experienced instructors, will be able to teach the kids the basic skills and techniques of their chosen activity. By the end of the day the kids will be buzzing with a real sense of achievement and self-belief, and will be asking when they can go again!
Abseiling is a great for children's parties because everyone can give it a go and enjoy the adrenaline buzz! Kids love encouraging each other to step over the edge and watching as their friends whizz down to the bottom! We have a purpose built abseiling tower located in East Grinstead near Brighton in Sussex.
Rock climbing is the ideal party for children to get to grips with this exhilarating and challenging sport. From the safety of an inside climbing gym we will teach them all they need to know to climb their way to the top. Even those kids that aren't keen on heights will enjoy our climbing games a little closer to the ground! Rock climbing helps to build self-confidence and our instructors work hard to ensure that everyone has a great time! Our kid's rock climbing parties are held near East Grinstead or Brighton in Sussex.
The kids will get the best of both worlds with this great combination day! An ideal introduction to climbing in the morning followed an afternoon of abseiling. During the course of the day they will be learning basic climbing and abseiling techniques all the while building upon a sense of self-belief and encouragement, both gaining and giving to others. By the end of the day the kids will be buzzing with a real sense of achievement and may even be begging you to take them climbing or abseiling again in the future!
During this adventure party the kids will learn a fantastic new skill as well as getting involved in some kayaking games out on the water! This experience is a great chance for the children to gain the basic knowledge needed should they ever decide to go kayaking in the future, but is also a great fun experience for a bit of a different afternoon outdoors.
Get the kids working together to build their very own floating creation! Our experienced instructors will guide and supervise them along the way, but the raft design itself is up to their teams to decide and construct. This task therefore encourages teamwork and self confidence and is always great fun whether they are fortified knot tying scouts or even have trouble tying their laces. Children love testing their own handy work out on the water...even if it does cause a few splashes! This adventure day is held in Sussex near East Grinstead.
A great chance for the kids to leave their computers and tvs behind and head out into the wild! The children will have the opportunity to learn a range of bushcraft skills including; shelter building, lashing and knot tying, building fires, water purification, tracking, cooking on open fires and basic wood carving. We also have a more art orientated, creative option that teaches the children about utilising nature in a creative way. Kids love getting back in touch with nature and these parties are the perfect days out with a difference!
