There aren’t many occasions when you would encourage children to handle sharp knives, build fires or eat wild plants, but under our instructor’s supervision the art of bushcraft is a wonderful way to engage children in the natural world and whet their appetite for adventure and exploration!
We have 2 different options to choose from so depending on your child's interest, we have something to suit everyone! All our activities are both informative and fun with a few games thrown in!
Young Survior
'The group are lost in the woods, the weather is turning bad and it looks like you're going to be stuck out for the night...'
Adding an element of challenge and suspense to the experience, this party is designed to get them thinking about their surroundings, teaching them practical and realistic outdoor survival skills as well as being exciting and fun! The kids will be taught how to build fires, construct shelters, water purification, knots and lashings as well as playing some woodland games!
Creative Crafts
A great chance to get creative with nature in the beautiful woodland surroundings! The kids will have the opportunity to work with tools such as knives and saws and learn how to harvest their own materials with minimum impact to the environment. During the party we will cover painting with found natural materials, building big art between the trees, constructing organic picture frames as well as playing some woodland games! In amongst the trees, this hands-on creative party is sure to be both inspiring and educational!

Just a quick message to say thank you for providing Oliver & his friends such a great day on Saturday. They had an absolutely fabulous time every single one of them!! They have already decided that they want to all go back & do it again, birthday or no birthday!!
Mark was absolutely perfect as the leader of the party. He was fun, friendly but at the same time maintained control at all times with all the boys having total respect for him!
We will definitley be back. Expect some business on the back of this as already two parents have taken your details from me!!

It was a great party for the 9 year old boys. They are still talking about it and all the parents have come to me and told me that they have not stopped talking about everything they did.
